Ski, snowboard or enjoy snow tubing 2 mins from the house then sit by the fireplace and enjoy our hot cocoa or coffee bar. Or enjoy playing our PacMan arcade game or Wheel of Fortune Casino game along with multiple board games and dvd’s for some family fun! Brand new Community Pool opened Memorial Day to Labor Day. 8 pool passes are included with no extra fee! We also have community tennis court, pickle ball court and basketball court. Local Golf Courses minutes away. Beautiful Views from the top of the mountain. Great views for firework shows on Camelback Mountain. Guest access Keypad Entry. Also we will require names and ages of all guests along with license plates of vehicles to enter the community per the community rules and regulations. Pool access will be for registered guests. Gym access will require a small additional fee per day by the community. Other things to note We will require names and ages of all persons staying at the home as well as license plate numbers (2 car limit parking at the house). There is an overflow parking area. This is a quiet private community patrolled by security. Parties are prohibited. Guests are required to agree to the rules and regulations of the community. Pets will be only be allowed upon notifying the owner prior to booking. A $100 pet fee will apply for each pet and will be requested as an additional payment if not added to the reservation. Pets must be leashed within the community. Reach out to owner for long term rentals for additional discounts. Returning guests reach out for additional discounts. * 8 Guest limit, no fireworks, no smoking inside the home and noise reduction by 11pm. No parallel parking in the community. And no garbage left outside the home.
