It is a 5 minutes walk to Surprise Recreation Complex that Hosts the Texas Rangers and Kansas City Royals spring training, Tennis Complex, Public Library, Pool and Park. Close to Restaurants, Groceries, Movie Theater and much more...... The University of Phoenix Stadium, Gila River Arena, Desert Diamond West Valley Casino and Tanger Outlet are 30 minutes away. Upon arrival we will meet you at the property or give us a call for the lockbox code. Other things to note Please, no parties allowed. Respect the neighborhood. We ask that you respect our home and neighborhood. We want you to enjoy your stay and also appreciate you cleaning up any of your spills and messes and otherwise not leaving the home in excessive disarray. Limit of 4 overnight guests unless arranged in advance. Our home - unless pre-approved - is not to be used for large gatherings and/or parties. Excessive noise and/or complaints because of larger gatherings will be dealt with immediately and may include up to eviction of the property with no refund. The house is non-smoking inside, however, feel free to smoke outside on the patio. No pets and No drugs are allowed on the property. If you like to drink, please be responsible and drink in moderation. Cleaning up drunken messes is not the best of fun. Again, no large gatherings and/or parties are allowed at this property out of respect of the neighbors and others at this community. Feel free to use any of the dishes, pans, cooking supplies, and dinnerware in the kitchen. In addition to Internet | WiFi | 60" smart TV in the family room and 50" HDTV in master bedroom. Note: Rates change depending on the season. You must also acknowledge Security Deposit - if you damage the home, you may be charged up to $500 Cancellations STRICT. Full refund for cancellations made within 48hrs of booking, if the check in date atleast 14 days away. 50% refund for cancellations made atleast 7 days before check in. No refunds for cancellations made within 7 days of check in.
