The space Our air conditioned, waterfront 2 bed 2 bath condo sleeps 6. The master bedroom has a beautiful king size bed that can be converted into two twin size beds if that configuration works best for your family. There is a flat screen television in the master bedroom with basic cable, Netflix and Hulu. The master bedroom has a walk-in closet, a dresser, two night stands, an upholstered chair, shiplap covered wall and nautical inspired decor. It has access to our large balcony overlooking the mangroves and Intracoastal Waterway with a peekaboo view of the Gulf of Mexico across the street. The guest bedroom has a queen size bed. There is a flat screen television with a Roku box that offers Netflix and Hulu. This room has a closet, a dresser, two nightstands, a shiplap covered wall and nautical inspired decor. The living room has a queen size pull-out sleeper sofa with comfy toss pillows, a love seat, rustic coffee table, end tables and a large flat screen television that offers basic cable, Netflix and Hulu. There is also convenient laptop work station tucked into a corner. Comfy throw blankets are kept in a basket for cuddling on the sofa. Access to large balcony overlooking mangroves and Intracoastal Waterway with peekaboo views of the Gulf of Mexico. One full size bathroom offers a large walk-in shower. The other full size bathroom offers a deep bathtub. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, four burner stove, oven and refrigerator. We have stocked the condo like a second home and have included many different cooking appliances and have stored them in a bottom cabinet. Glasses, dishes and silverware for eight. cookware and bakeware. In the hallway near the master bedroom you will find an equipment closet full of toys for use at the beach as well as equipment for all of the amenities on the property itself. The dining room seats six people at the driftwood table and two more in upholstered bar stools at the counter for a total of 8. The balcony has two lounging deck chairs off the master bedroom, a round table and four bistro chairs off the living room. The balcony overlooks the mangroves and Intracoastal Waterway with a peekaboo view of the Gulf of Mexico. The laundry room is on the 4th floor Guest access Guests will have full use of the entire condo unit with the exception of one housekeeping closet. Guests have full access to our parking spot and guest spots. Guests have full access to all property amenities including pool, spa, tennis courts, fishing pier, boat docks, sauna, putting green and shuffle board courts. The Bay Shores Yacht and Tennis Club offers residents and guests use of the Intracoastal boat docks to tie up boats, kayaks and jet skis. You can take a short, five minute walk to rent watercraft of all kinds and use our boat docks to house them free of charge for the duration of your Barefoot Dreams vacation. There is an outdoor shower behind the building to rinse the sand off toys and toes. Other things to note We supply shuffle board set, beach cart, beach towels, board games, putters, golf balls, pickleball racquets and balls and so much more. We have a pack and play for infants and small children.
