Big basement room 1 blk from Huntington Metro

Cozy walk-out basement. 5-min walking to Huntington Metro. Entrance is from the back yard. One queen bed, a sofabed and a full bath. The bathroom is mostly private but in case of emergency it'll be shared (i'll inform you). No real kithcen but a pantry area with microwave, fridge, an induction cooktop. Washer and dryer is pantry are shared with 2 other guests. No oven range nor TV. One parking space on the driveway. Access to AC room in through your bedroom. Minimum stay: 30 days The space A private bedroom and bathroom, and a small pantry. Located in a walk-out basement with a semi private entrance through the back yard. Shared washer and dryer in the small pantry. Queen size bed, cozy sofabed, microwave, fridge, outside picnic stove, iron and iron board, hair dryer, dining ware and utensils. Wifi. No TV/cable. Part of the ceiling in the bedroom and pantry is about 6' high due to the lighting fixture/air duct. You might have to duck coming in and out of the bedroom. The AC unit is next to the bedroom, you may hear some noises when it's on. Also if there is a problem with the AC unit, we'll need to have an access through your bedroom. Definitely, we'll notify you first. The room is not sound proof, you may hear people living upstairs. Guest access You will have an entrance through the back yard. Upon getting in you will get access to your bathroom and small pantry (with sink, fridge, microwave, small dining table but without stove), and shared washer and dryer. Bedroom (with a lockable door) is accessible from this area. Other guesses will also have access to "shared" washer and dryer through back-yard entrance. They only come down for washer and dryer, not the bathroom nor pantry. During your stay Minimal. Although it's a basement of the house, it's only accessible through backyard entrance. Hence it's a bit isolated from the house. Other residents will have access through the front. However, we will try to accommodate your needs and answer any questions you might have. Other things to note - Washer and dryer are shared with my friend's family living upstairs. They will have access to the pantry for washer and dryer, but not other thing else. - Should you need to get snack or extra amenities in addition to what we provide, there is 7-eleven in a strip mall within a short walking distance. There are also a post office and some restaurants in the same strip mall. - Maximum size of car allowed to park on driveway is mid-size car or SUV.
