Description
Completely renovated in 2025, our home is light-filled and stylish with gasp-worthy views of the north and east Bay from two walls of floor-to-ceiling windows. Our FT home when we are not traveling, it is well-outfitted for two adults who work from home and entertain often. One queen bed, one full and one half bath, plus office with super-fast wifi. We love our house for its easy access to SF, plus miles of hiking and biking trails in the GGNRA. 1-MONTH MINIMUM per local laws. The space Stylish 1100-sq-ft condo (96 square meters) with mid-century furnishings and panoramic views north and east across the SF Bay. New kitchen, new bathroom and half bath were added in spring 2025 (just in time for us to start traveling again!). - You'll find everything you need for cooking in our well-outfitted kitchen with a new induction stove. - One queen bed with new memory foam mattress and high-end linens. - Office with high-speed wifi (and views, of course). - Gas fireplace makes foggy evenings cozy. - Main bath has walk-in shower, Toto washlet and heated floors We love this house for its proximity to both SF and the hiking trails of Marin. From the end of our street you can climb to a view above the Robin Williams Tunnel and access a network of trails. Or walk to Cavallo Point and the old Coast Guard station for an under-the-bridge view, or to downtown Sausalito's restaurants and marina (it's steep -- we call it the Sausalito Stairmaster -- but will keep you healthy!). Guest access Two parking spaces are dedicated to this unit. The carport is shared with our neighbor. Unusually for Sausalito (which in general has very limited street parking), we can fit multiple cars on the deck by doing just a little car ballet. Other things to note Please note: We love kids and dogs, but because we have white couches, light rugs, lots of art, and high decks, our home is not appropriate for children or your pets. We ask that people go shoeless or wear indoor slippers/shoes in the house to save wear and tear on the light-colored rugs.
