This is our FT home when we are not traveling, so it is very well-outfitted for two adults who work from home and entertain often. We love our house for its easy access to SF, plus miles of hiking and biking trails in the GGNRA, including Muir Woods, Stinson Beach, Mt Tam and Point Reyes. 30-DAY MINIMUM per local laws. (More pictures coming soon as we are doing some updates to the kitchen and baths this spring.) Our home has been outfitted for two adults who enjoy entertaining, hiking and quick access to SF. We work at home and our second bedroom is used as an office, though there is a twin day bed there that we use for occasional visitors (and naps during the work day!). Kitchen is compact but we entertain frequently so it is well equipped for a home cook. This is our new home base (since 2020) but we have been Airbnb hosts practically since the beginning. Unusually for Sausalito (which in general has very limited street parking), we can fit multiple cars on the deck by doing just a little car ballet. Other things to note Please note: We love kids, but because we have white couches, light rugs, lots of art, and high decks, our home is not appropriate for very small children. We ask that people go shoeless or wear indoor slippers/shoes in the house to save wear and tear on the light-colored rugs as well.
