The space Welcome to our peaceful farmhouse stay! This two-story farmhouse duplex offers full access to the private left-side unit with its own entrance. The space includes everything you need for a relaxing farm stay. The first floor features a fully equipped kitchen with cookware, dishes, utensils, and appliances, along with a dining table. The cozy living room offers two couches and Dish Network TV. A full bathroom with a tub/shower combo is located on the first floor. Upstairs are two comfortable bedrooms: • One bedroom with a full-size bed and a twin bed. • The second bedroom with a full-size bed and its own Dish Network TV. The home comfortably sleeps 3–4 guests, with space for up to 6 using the living room couches. Wi-Fi is included (speeds may vary due to our rural location). Window AC units are provided in the summer, and heating is available during cooler months. The host lives full-time on the right side of the duplex and is available if you need anything, while your space remains fully private. Set on a working farm, the home is surrounded by trees, pastures, and beautiful skies. Dogs live on the property and may be seen or heard during your stay. Whether you’re sipping coffee on the deck or enjoying the peaceful views, this is the perfect spot to relax and reconnect with nature. Guest access Guests have full private access to their side of the farmhouse, including the living area, kitchen, bedrooms, and bathroom(s). This unit is fully self-contained and separated from the other side by. secured doors. You’ll also have access to a private front porch located just outside your entrance. The porch is furnished with a table, chairs, and an umbrella—perfect for enjoying your morning coffee or relaxing in the evening. Guests also have access to: • Designated parking area • Shared yard space Please note: The other side of the farmhouse is occupied by the host during your stay, but each side has its own private entrance and living space. There are no shared indoor areas.
