Apartment37 is a self contained luxury Apartment tucked away in the heart of Flitwick, just 5 minutes walk from a mainline train station taking you directly into London in just 45 minutes. Our apartment boasts lots of natural light, but our designer window frosting creates a very private and intimate feel making it the perfect location whether you just need an overnight stop or you want to stay a while with our "home from home" interior design. The space The interior of Apartment37 has a travel theme – we are very well situated within easy reach of Luton Airport if you are jetting off abroad or looking to pop into London on the train. With your hosts living just next door, we hope you will want for nothing! We like our home comforts and we have done our best to create a “home from home” feel in the Apartment. The main entrance brings you into a lobby area leading into an open plan lounge with a lovely squashy sofa that doubles as a sofa bed depending on the size of your family/group. The lounge has a 50” SMART TV and DVD player with access to all your favourite streaming channels. The lounge also has a separate cozy computer snug with guest access to an imac so that you can check in with your email, do a spot of internet shopping, or plan a trip to one of our lovely local attractions. If you need to work, our superfast virgin media fibre broadband can cater for all your working needs including direct ethernet connection if required. The lounge opens out to fully equipped kitchen and dining area with a full size cooker, hob, washing machine/tumble dryer and fridge freezer. The kitchen leads into a separate bedroom with king size bed, dressing table with hairdryer, freeview TV and lots of drawer and hanging space. The apartment also has a unique mezzanine space accessed from a spiral staircase in the open plan lounge. An space to unwind, read a book, watch a movie, or even a further sleep space with a chair bed sleeping option (suitable for older children and adults only) The apartment has a large accessible bathroom with a ground level walk in shower. All towels and bedding are provided during your stay and a travel cot and high chair are also available on request (pre-booking required). The apartment has central heating but also boasts separate air conditioning for those hot summer days and nights ensuring that the apartment is always a temperature comfortable for our guests. Guest access Free parking is available directly outside the apartment. Long stay parking can also be arranged at an additional cost should you wish to leave your vehicle at the apartment and travel to the airport which is just 20 minutes on the train from Flitwick. Access to the apartment is independent from the hosts. A key code is provided prior to arrival in order to access the apartment keys and guests can come at leisure. Hosts are on hand for help and advice if guests need anything during their stay. Other things to note If you are travelling with little ones, please note the spiral staircase in the property which we are not able to gate off for safety. We do not recommend young children access the upstairs mezzanine to sleep or play.
