Great house to swim {pool not heated} great for cold plunge in the winter, with heated hot tub & BBQ. Cleaning Protocol: Prior to your arrival, all bedding is cleaned & room disinfected, along with the bathroom and entire house is cleaned throughout your stay. Clorox wipes available in bathroom & hand sanitizer in the home. Shoes that are used in the streets stay outside the entrance {Hawaiian style} Bring your house slippers. BEDROOM/HOUSE: •Bedroom has comfortable Queen Bed with nice bedding, newer carpet, updated paint and closet organizer (standard size closet) and looks onto beautiful enclosed courtyard garden. ~Share common areas in lovely home, which includes kitchen with Viking 6 burner stove stainless steel appliances, family room, fireplace, laundry room with washer/dryer, Pool, Hot Tub and BBQ. ~Beautiful Bathroom that has natural sunlight through glass block wall, beautiful stone floors and walls, granite countertop & designer sink; however, this is also a shared guest bathroom. ~Close to Trader Joes, Sprouts, Yoga Studios, Lazy Acres Organic market, Self Realization Meditation Gardens, LA Fitness, Coffee Shops, Train Station, Horse Training Stables and a lot of great restaurants & shopping. ME: I am a healthy, down to earth, friendly, spiritual, respectful Professional female, that leads an active lifestyle running a few businesses. YOU: Active outside of the house, clean, respectful, animal lover, not a party animal, fun to be around . . .Leads a healthy lifestyle. During your stay I sometimes work from home, so when I am not on a project, I am home quite a bit. Other things to note I sometimes have my grown son visiting from out of town who stays the night.
