The space About our space: This oceanfront beach condo has ocean views and the seasonal community pool is located right outside the back patio. Please see photo for exact details. We include sand toys, beach gear, and a few other essentials for your convenience. There is a common area with a grill and picnic table very close by. Beach access is close, 30 second walk to toes in the sand! Guest access The ocean and pool are almost an extension of your vacation space. Ground floor for convenient access when loading and unloading. ✨⛱ Other things to note One king private bedroom, one set of twin built in bunks, 1 queen sofa bed in the living room, and one bathroom with full size washer and dryer. Linens for beds and bathroom are provided. Fully equipped kitchen and comfortable living room with ocean view. Plenty of storage for all your luggage, clothes, or beach gear. Perfect backdrop for photos with the coquina outcrop rocks (look it up, fantastic!). Pool closes mid october every year until mid april.
