Roy’s Light House Retreat with HOT TUB

You'll love this unique and romantic escape! The space It’s a newly constructed light house that I built as a tribute to my amazing Dad, he absolutely loved Light Houses, and he was the most Amazing Dad! So I set sail and made this my dream, to build a Light House in memory of him! The property has a HOT TUB and the most beautiful view overlooking our Catalina harbour, enjoy watching the fishing boats as they sail back and forth! Inside the Light House there is a full kitchen with all appliances, full bathroom, living room area, and 2 bedrooms, one on the main level and the Light House keepers quarters is on the second floor which has a walk out patio for you to take advantage of the beautiful breath taking view of the bay and Green Island Lighthouse which my Dad’s Grandmother was born and raised there and made it her home until she was 18 years of age! This area is beautiful and there is so much to see and do, Trinity, Port Rexton, Port Union, Little Catalina , Elliston and Bonavista are just a short distance away! Sorry but I DONT ALLOW KIDS!! Sorry but I DONT ALLOW PETS!! Guest access You can access all the light house, it’s the full light house to your self ! Check in is at 3pm but as soon as it’s ready I notify my guest for a early check in! Hot tub is located on the front deck! Sorry I’m not pet friendly or kid friendly! Other things to note There are also kitchen condiments included at the Light House, coffee, tea, sugar, coffee whitener, cereals, eggs, ketchup, BBQ sauce, mustard, relish, etc!!
