Basement apartment renovations are almost done! We still have not had the chance to move in any furniture. Prices are discounted until the place is more furnished. Welcome to Ottawa! This apartment is a private space with it's own separate entrance in a safe and friendly neighbourhood. Big front and back yards, with nearby park, and low traffic, provide for peace and quiet. Whether travelling by foot, bus, or car, there are many places to visit! The space This is the basement apartment of a 3 unit home. The space includes a private entrance with living space, kitchen, and bathroom. The front and backyard belongs to the people living upstairs, so you won't be able to use them, however there is a big park just down the road. There is parking for this apartment for two vehicles on the driveway, and there is more street parking. Note: Wifi is included in the price with a value of roughly 5$/day. If you don't need WIFI, let me know and we will refund you after your trip. Further note: The kitchen currently does not have anything in it. If you need any plates, bowls, cutlery, pots, pans, etc, please let me know when you book so we can get them for you.
