On the main floor there are 3 living areas with couches for extra sleeping needs, open kitchen, half-bath, amazing sunroom, large back deck and covered front porch. Great Wifi for streaming+Netflix+Amazon Prime. Beautiful treed grounds and privacy. Our home is situated on five beautiful acres lush with trees. We are one of seven houses on a private road and it is a wonderful and private setting for reconnecting with friends and family. Enjoy the front porch or the back deck with plenty of patio furniture to unwind and decompress. Walk the trails on the grounds and discover the Pine Chapel, the Enchanted Garden, White Rock Meadow and other nature surprises. There is a gazebo on the deck for gathering, and another near the fire pit. We will lay a fire ready to light, with extra wood available. This is a "whole house" rental. Non-guest areas are attached garage and detached garden garage. Kevin and Leah will be nearby to help you with directions or information and to make your stay more pleasant. Less than 5 minutes to Horseshoe Lake, Whitmore Lake and Independence Lake Park. Enjoy the peace and quiet of the country while you stay close to all the city conveniences. Just 20 minutes from University of Michigan, U of M stadium and downtown Ann Arbor, and an easy drive to Brighton, Howell, Lansing or the Detroit suburbs. It's best to have a vehicle, although rideshares are available in our area. We are on a private dirt road off a public dirt road. It's the country, and your car WILL get dusty/dirty. Some times of the year there are ruts in the road, just go slow...it's only a short dirt drive to Lavender Park!
