Stay in this charming 100 m2 village house located in the heart of the wine village of Couchey, in the upper part of the village. The exposed stone, the French ceiling and the Burgundy slab will delight lovers of character. The "Les Hauts de Couchey" vacation rental is located close to the vineyards, in the heart of the Climats de Bourgogne on the Dijon-Beaune axis. Charming location on the famous Route des Grands Crus. Dijon 8 km – Gevrey Chambertin 4 km – Beaune 30 km The space Entering through a courtyard, you will be greeted by a magnificent fig tree that during the summer will bring you shade to have your summer meals. Then take a seat in the cottage, enter a large room of 40 m2, with a magnificent French ceiling, in which you will spend friendly moments with family, friends, mixing dining room, living room and an equipped kitchen open to the whole. This beautifully decorated space, with an exposed stone wall and Burgundy slab on the floor, will bring you relaxation and serenity. If you're a "character lover", you'll love this place!  The 1st floor has a small living room of 15 m2 with a good quality sofa bed and an independent master bedroom of 18 m2 with a nice view of the charming street of the picturesque village, equipped with a bathroom with bathtub. In a hallway, a large library will allow you to escape by reading.   On the second level, a very large room of 25 m2, which includes a large double bed of 140x190. This space also houses a nice collection of terrestrial globes gleaned here and there by the owner, to be touched only with the eyes! A bathroom will complete this rest area. The gîte "Les Hauts de Couchey" also has a garage, convenient for storing your bikes, the latter is adjacent to the courtyard which serves as the main entrance. Other things to note Just drop off your luggage! The housekeeping package includes cleaning during your stay or after your departure depending on its duration and the rental of sheets and towels.
