A full bath with tub separates the two bedrooms. The lower level is an adorable full studio with sliding doors to the back patio. It features a fireplace, sitting area, queen bed, kitchenette and full bathroom. Fully fenced backyard provides ample space for outdoor entertaining. Note that the home has the original floors and stairs, a quant and appealing feature, however the stairs are steeper and narrower than you would find in today’s home.
