The main level has an open sitting area facing the fireplace and large TV, and dining area with table seating for 5. It overlooks the deck and the back yard. A fully stocked kitchen with center island greets you. Upstairs you will find a master bedroom with king bed and a second bedroom with a full bed and desk. A full bath with tub separates the two bedrooms. The lower level is an adorable full studio with sliding doors to the back patio. It features a fireplace, sitting area, queen bed, kitchenette and full bathroom. Fully fenced backyard provides ample space for outdoor entertaining. Note that the home has the original floors and stairs, a quant and appealing feature, however the stairs are steeper and narrower than you would find in today’s home. (This home is not a good choice for toddlers, please inquire about our other options if you have small children.) Leave your car at home, there are abundant options for transportation in the area from Uber and Lyft rides to the Metro and Circulator buses to shared bikes, scooters, and cars, (Free to Move).
