A great location for access to the wonders of Puget Sound and the Olympic Peninsula. Located 7 minutes away from the Ferry, which makes for an easy commute to downtown Seattle. We are also close to Hwy 16, which takes you across Hood Canal to the Olympic Peninsula, for great day-trips to this spectacular part of the state. We are located across the from Banner Forest Heritage Park, a 636-acre wildlife preserve which included miles of biking and walking trails. Our space is quiet and peaceful. There are tons of bunny rabbits and deer wandering through our yard year round. Our home is nestled on 2.5 acres of level garden like yard. There is an orchard, grape vines and blueberry bushes. - You can use the blacktop area for parking - The wooded area and small lawn next to the studio are open to lounge in, let me know if you want folding chairs to sit outside I am always available through text/app messages and emails. I don't mind communicating in person when I am home, please message first as my husband likes his privacy. This a a beautiful and peaceful neighborhood. There are lots of farm animals and horses in this area. - A car is best for getting around this area - The Southworth ferry is a 7 minute drive and will take you to Vashon Island in 10 minutes and to West Seattle in 40 minutes -Downtown is a 10-15 minute drive from there -There is also the Bremerton ferry (1 hr ride) to downtown Seattle -Uber and Lyft are available, more frequently on the weekends than the weekdays Please don't hesitate to ask me about the area or figuring out things to do, I am more than happy to help!
