Rose Cottage - annexe with off road parking

Relax in Mirfield on your own south facing balcony with lovely countryside views. This self contained 1 bedroom annexe with king size bed + seperate lounge with portable air con unit/fans, sofa bed, extra spare bedding , washing machine, dryer, WIFI , short walk (15 minutes) to beautiful river and canal path walks, farmshop or local high street. The owners have 2 cocker spaniels so dont mind clients bringing one well behaved pet on holiday too. Basic Breakfast supplies will be provided too. The space the utility and bathroom are on the ground floor. The bedroom and open plan kitchen and lounge are on the first floor. The stairs have a handrail on the left-Safety gates are available fitted at the top of the stairs if required. The flat has its own controlled central heating and spare heaters , and extra throws and duvets are also available if needed . The Annexe and gardens are south facing and catch the sun all day. A portable air con unit will be available in the summer. Guest access guests can use the drive for parking and the tables on the decking area and lawn. Cushions and parasols can be available from grey lidded box on side of decking area Other things to note connecting door to hosts home office is in downstairs utility area and will be locked during your stay for privacy. For guests staying longer than 5 nights hosts may ask for occasional use of washing machine - this will be arranged with guests prior permission at a time mutually convenient to minimise any disruption during your stay.
