Casa da Oliveira, is the name of our house

If your experience is the same as ours, we are already happy to have been at our house. Nothing better than being in the backyard with family and friends chatting away even with bugs and insects around us but in a quiet environment where nothing is heard but ourselves. The best thing is the terrace, where we can see the plain and the whole village but nobody sees us. Get ready because in summer there is nothing more scorching than the Alentejo heat but nothing that a few extra fans can't solve!! The space The house was built in 1950, a rough construction at the time but it has undergone many changes over the generations and is far from perfect. With 140m2 and a different, unique and peculiar layout, it has a vintage decoration with unique recovered and family pieces. The patio is the best part of the house, with a shed, barbecue, old wood oven, sink, tables and chairs for meals. You can relax on the hammock, on the sun lounger and in the shade of the olive tree. Who hasn't had a hose bath as a child? There is no swimming pool here but the shower and hose can provide fun moments especially if there are children!! Guest access The guests have acess to the all house. Other things to note The house is in a privileged and incredible location. 10 minutes from the city of Reguengos de Monsaraz, 10 minutes from the municipal swimming pools of Reguengos de Monsaraz. 20min from Monsaraz Castle. 20 minutes from the river beach of Reguengos de Monsaraz. 10 min from the river beach of Amieira. 10 min from Amieira Marina. Within a radius of 15km there are several cellars with wine tastings.
