Hello! I am Ann, the owner of this beautiful modern bungalow. It was built in 2016 designed by yours truly. I was inspired to design the house with bright colors that can bring calmness to the guests. It's better staying in a house where you can call HOME especially when you are on your vacation. The space The house is spacious, calm and so peaceful. In the living room there's a smart television and a bluetooth speaker where you can use freely. It is a TWO BED ROOM BUNGALOW airconditioned and with a queen size and a full size bed. The masters bedroom has its own comfort room while the second bedroom has a different comfort room outside. Kitchen area will be your favorite place in the house. No need to bring kitchen utensils because everything is provided for your own convenience. You can cook, bake and store your favorite meals except for PORK and ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES. Laundry area has an automatic laundry machine to use. The property is near: Hospital Museum Supermarket and Wet market and a 15 minutes drive to the beautiful beaches of Mati City. Please be reminded that if you book for only 2 pax one room will be opened instead of 2. And if you book more than 4 pax additional floor mattress will be provided. We allow early check in if there are NO other guests prior to your check in but if there is, please follow check in and check out time strictly.
