The space This 1,850 square foot log home allows for 6 people in bedrooms plus 2 additional overnight guests on 2 small fold-out sofas in the downstairs level and/or if renters would like to bring their own air mattress or sleep mats. There is no cable TV, but there are 2 smart TVs and good internet/wifi. Guests are welcome to use their passwords to stream content through the TVs and/or bring their Apple TV, Roku, or other internet-ready device to plug into one of the TVs' HDMI ports. In winter, drive 30 min to Shawnee Peak or Lost Valley ski areas, or 1 hour to Sunday River or Mt. Abrams. We generally require a 7-night minimum stay from late June through early September, with check-ins (3pm) and check-outs (10am) on Saturdays, and a 3-night minimum at all other times. The seasonal cottage next door to the north is 29' from the water, has its own lot, dock and 65 feet of waterfront, and can be rented together with this one to make it a 2-building compound if it is available.
