Guest suite in Stockton Springs

Two room suite on the first floor of my home with an en-suite private bathroom and views of the Penobscot River/Bay! ***Just under an hour drive to Acadia.*** Convenient access right on Route 1. A short walk to the Sandy Point beach park. Comfortable queen bed and sleep sofa. Two 40” HD TVs with Roku. Mini fridge, microwave, toaster oven and induction burner in room. Almost 400 SF of space! If you need more beds, please see my listing for the room upstairs. The space There are two adjoining rooms and a private bathroom attached to the bedroom. The bathroom also has a door to the basement and another door into the hallway which should be kept locked. You can use these exits in the event of a fire. The front door is shared with me but I rarely use it. I have a bedroom and bathroom above on the second floor and I have the rest of the first floor which I close off for my privacy and to keep the noise down. You might not see me at all. There is a camera in the garage window pointed at the driveway and front door so that I can be alerted if I have visitors. Guest access Guests are free to roam about the yard. Other things to note Please let me know what time you would like to arrive and I will try to accommodate. Also, you must read the house manual and check in instructions! I only use 100% cotton sheets. The mattress is fairly new and is 12” medium firm hybrid with a 2” memory foam topper. The sofa bed has a new 4.5” foam mattress. I have more foam pads if needed. Just give me a shout. There is no need to buy water as I have good well water. It’s not called Stockton Springs for nothing! A Brita pitcher is in the fridge to filter any sediment. If you are a party of two, please let me know if you’ll be using the sofa bed so can have it ready for you. Thanks!
