Relaxing Gem Beach, Close to Twin Oast Brewery, Orchard Eatery and Miller Ferry

We now have WIFI. Conveniently located 1 mile from The Orchard and Twin Oast Brewery with the Igloos in the winter. The cottage is 2 bedroom and 2 bath cottage. The cottage is conveniently located by the Miller Ferry to Put In Bay and all Lake Erie Islands. There are several restaurants located nearby. The cottage is newly remodeled with central air and cable TV. There is a washer and dryer,fridge,stove, and all small appliances included. There is a patio outback with a gas grill for those relaxing summer nights. The location is family friendly and only steps to private and well maintained Gem Beach. We do prefer 3 days to weekly rental in the summer, but off season is 2-3 days minimum, unless you contact the owner. Our driveway is 50 ft long if you have a smaller boat/trailer and truck. Guests are responsible for filling their own propane tanks and cleaning grill. Absolutely no parties allowed!
