Park onsite, EV charger available - solar offset. The space Being an architect, the owner remodeled and decorated the house combining both amenity and aesthetics. He has opened his home for you (guests) to stay when visiting Seattle. He hopes you will enjoy the comfort, the style, and the efficiency of the home as much as he has. He currently lives and works on site in a newly built tiny home and studio in the private rear yard. The home is a mid-century brick rambler featuring a living room, a dining room, a kitchen, a mud room, a bathroom and 2 bedrooms. All rooms are on the same level. There are a few steps up from the walkway and driveway into the home. The guest dedicated front yard contains a westerly facing patio with outdoor table for four. Guest access You have access to the entire home. A code is provided to you to open the side door using the keyless entry (off the driveway where you can park). Other things to note 1 - The TV is a remote controlled Apple TV with projector. 2 - There is a minisplit set on auto for cooling and heating. And there is a full time running fresh air ventilation system in addition to the spot fan ventilation in bathroom and kitchen.
