Creature comforts of a retreat including plush towels, cozy sheets and snacks! Bonus time--When staying a week, the 7th night is free and when staying a month the last week is free. The space It's true the first picture is a little bigger than the cottage, that's our house! The second picture is the one bedroom Cottage behind our house. With 700 sq ft you will feel right home, not like a cramped hotel room. Downstairs the floor is wide plank hardwood, upstairs the bedroom has a very comfortable mattress and is carpeted. It has a dishwasher, cooktop, access to washer/dryer, park like backyard, granite counter tops, and loads of charm. The sofa is a comfortable sofa bed with a new design unlike the older models that pull out. Note the bathroom is downstairs. Relax, entertain, and enjoy! The modern Cottage charm is accompanied by china place settings and crystal stemware. Plenty of street parking in the front of the main house or the driveway. FYI we do have two cats that live on the property. They are not in the Cottage and guests with allergies have not had a problem. However, if you are allergic another location might be a better choice for you. Guest access One bicycles and a tandem are available for your use, complete with helmets and locks. Great for nearby bike paths. The lush backyard is private and available to guests. Other things to note Complimentary bottle of wine for your stay. We offer yoghurt, fruit , cookies and a hot cereal. There is a Keurig coffee maker for your convenience and a brewed coffee maker if you prefer. An assortment of tea to delight any tea drinker. The longer term stays do not include breakfast.
