Fully stocked kitchen, bathrooms, and bedrooms. Two bedrooms have plush futons that can fold down into an extra bed. 70' TV in living room and 55' TVs in ALL bedrooms. The space Guest don’t need to worry about laundry list of cleaning !! Simple checkout instructions always. The kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, utensils, cups, plastic cups, measuring cups, napkins,. There are cleaning supplies under the sink, including soap, dish washing powder, etc. Fridge does not produce ice or water. The bathrooms have hand towels, soap, toilet paper and tissue. The showers and tubs have shampoo, conditioner, and body wash provided. There are 4 bedrooms, there are two bed rooms that each have a king bed and a futon that can be used as a bed as well. The other two rooms each have a queen bed. One king bed and futon in room downstairs. Showers are upstairs. Trash day is Wednesday morning. Guest access The entire home and back yard is for the guests. The only thing off limit is the locked pantry in the kitchen. Extra charge for laundry use access. Please give advance notice if you’d like to use. Other things to note If you need extra linen or pillows for the futons please let us know in advance how the sleeping arrangements will be so we can leave it for you. We do not automatically leave extra linen and pillows.
