No exceptions. ✅ Only registered guests are allowed on the property. ✅ Any excessive noise, disturbances, or large gatherings will result in immediate removal without refund. 🤫 QUIET HOURS – 10 PM - 7 AM ✅ No loud noise, music, or disturbances outdoors after 10 PM. ✅ Keep voices at a low, conversational level if outside. ✅ Guests are fully responsible for noise violations and any city fines incurred. 🏡 CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT TIMES ✅ Check-in: 4:00 PM (Self check-in with a SmartLock) ✅ Check-out: 10:00 AM ✅ ⏳ Early check-ins & late check-outs may be available upon request—please ask in advance! 🏊‍♂️ POOL & HOT TUB GUIDELINES ✅ Pool heating available for $50/day – Must request before arrival. ✅ For your safety, no diving or running around the pool area. ✅ Pool maintenance is scheduled every Tuesday & Friday (subject to weather conditions). 🚗 PARKING RULES ✅ The driveway accommodates up to 4 vehicles. ✅ Street & grass parking is strictly prohibited. 🚭 NO SMOKING INSIDE ✅ Smoking indoors will result in a $750 fee for deep cleaning. ✅ If you must smoke, please do so outside and dispose of cigarette butts properly. 🐾 PET-FRIENDLY STAY ✅ We love pets! 🐶 However, they must be well-behaved and cleaned up after. ✅ No pets on furniture or beds. ⚠️ OTHER IMPORTANT NOTES ✅ Some rooms have carpet stains that won’t come out – we are working on replacing them soon! ✅ The property is monitored by exterior security cameras for safety. ✅ Tampering with security equipment will result in immediate eviction. 💬 Have questions?
