You enter the living room, which is cozy and ideal for relaxing and enjoying the 65-inch smart TV. The wireless internet connection allows access to your own Amazon, Netflix or other account, so you can enjoy movie nights together on vacation. Through an archway and a hallway you can reach the rest of the accommodation, which is located both on the ground floor and on the first floor. The bright and fully equipped kitchen offers both indoor seating for 8 people to dine comfortably and direct access to the covered terrace. Two of the four spacious and relaxing bedrooms are located on the ground floor, one with a double bed and a complete en-suite bathroom, the other with two single beds. A second renovated bathroom completes this level of the house. A staircase leads to another bedroom with a double bed and a private bathroom with shower, as well as another beautiful bedroom with two single beds. The double room offers spectacular views of the Puig de Maria and Puig Tomir mountains. The outdoor area is simply stunning! The focus is on the rectangular pool of more than 50 m² with Roman stairs, plenty of space for sun loungers and a Balinese day bed for ultimate relaxation. The covered main terrace has a table for 8 people and is ideal for a cozy breakfast or an outdoor meal with its easy access to the kitchen and barbecue. The double-arched stone wall leads to the chill-out area with a variety of seating options that provide pleasant shade during the day. Relax here after dinner with a sundowner! Another covered terrace adjoins, which is equipped with a small bar and a foosball table. In front of the house, a small platform in the shade of the oaks offers another seating option. Conveniently, there is also direct access to a newly renovated toilet with shower and the outdoor laundry room. Guest access The villa and pool is for your private use only as well as the garden. Bed linen & towels are provided as well as pool towels. The cleaner will come in during your stay & change them, depending on how many days you are staying. All of this is included in the price.
