The 5th floor unit features a tastefully designed living room leading out to your private balcony and overlooks a small dining area. A fully equipped kitchen has granite countertops and all stainless-steel appliances. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed and plenty of storage for unpacking those hefty suitcases. Sit on your patio and enjoy the ocean views with a cocktail or morning cup of coffee to truly unwind from it all. Malibu Pointe provides guests the same luxuries that can be found in 5-Star tropical resorts around the world. Enjoy fabulous amenities that include an indoor pool, large outdoor pool, kiddie pool, outdoor lazy river, hot tub, sun decks, and a fitness center, all just footsteps away from the beach. The highly acclaimed Crescent Beach section of North Myrtle Beach is within minutes from all the action on Main Street to the north, and renowned shopping and dining at Barefoot Landing to the south. Malibu Pointe is also walking distance to an Irish pub that offers a unique oceanfront dining experience, as well as an ice cream shop to cure any beachgoers sweet tooth. The beach at Malibu Pointe offers the more adventurous guest seasonal parasailing and banana boat rides, something exclusive to the Crescent Beach area. - Outdoor Pool, Lazy River & Hot Tub - Indoor Pool - Kiddie Pool - Fitness Center - Free Wireless Internet FAST & CONVENIENT CHECK-IN Check-In is after 4 pm on your date of arrival. Check-In at the Condo-World office (311 17th Avenue South, North Myrtle Beach, SC 29582), not your rental property. A valid ID of the Reservation Holder or another Responsible Party on the reservation is required at Check-In. Unless Pre-registered, an imprint of the credit card is made at Check-In to secure all keys, pool bracelets, and gate passes for your use during your stay. Nothing is charged onto the card unless something is not returned at Check-Out. For any arrivals after business hours, please follow late arrival instructions that are provided on your reservation confirmation. For bookings made less than 5 days from arrival date, the Reservation Holder must check-in during business hours at the Condo-World office. Check-Out is before 10 am on your date of departure. Please take out any trash, remove food from refrigerator, start the dishwasher, and lock the front door of the rental unit. Bring all keys, pool bracelets, and gate passes back to our office and drop them in the drop box located underneath the covered parking area at the rear of our building. ______________________________ DEPARTURE MAID SERVICE & LINENS, STARTER SUPPLIES For your convenience and vacation enjoyment, linens and towels are included in our rates, and your beds will be made for your arrival. All rates also include departure maid service. There is no daily maid service or daily linen/towel service. A starter set of supplies, including paper products, can liners, and soap, is included with each rental. Please plan to bring additional supplies for the duration of your stay. ______________________________ BUILDING AMENITIES Condo-World is not responsible for any building amenities. The building amenities are provided and serviced by a separate HOA or management company. There will be no refunds issued for any loss of use of building amenities during your stay. Construction Refunds will not be issued for any inconvenience due to construction, road repair, property renovations, etc.
