The space Private entrance is located through the front yard gate and up thirty-two stairs to the top rear of the house. A small balcony offers a great view of the city perfect for your morning coffee (provided!) and evening drinks. Games, Dvds, VHS, vinyl and more offer plenty of entertainment and fun! A miniature kitchenette allows for cooking very basic meals. Private little bathroom with a shower(watch your head!). Curtained bedroom with a queen bed, books, and Nintendo. Smart TV allows for use of your streaming accounts. A white noise machine, partial blackout blinds, and earplugs offered for optimal sleep. WiFi, phone chargers (mini usb), ironing board and iron, hair dryer, and more for your convenience. This is a small attic space converted into an apartment and the ceiling is about 6'7", but also slopes gradually down towards the walls.
