Classic Beach House short walk to beach, pub, cafe

Cosy beach house with a gas log fireplace. The lounge room has a couple of comfy couches with a television, dvd player, chromecast and wifi. You will also find various games, puzzles and books. The dining area has a 6-person setting with a fully functioning kitchen. There are 3 bedrooms; one has a queen bed, the second a king single with trundle and the third a bunk (double with single bed). The bathroom has a shower over a bath with a separate toilet. The space On the patio there is a BBQ with 2 side burners and a teppanyaki plate. There is a large grassed flat backyard, which can be secured by the gate allowing kids to safely play. You will also find an outdoor shower with hot and cold water which is great on return from the beach! On the cooler nights relax by the fire pit toasting some marshmallows or watching the stars. There is also access to a three-bay shed with the first bay containing an additional toilet, wood fireplace, large screen TV and couch. You will also find a well-loved pool table. Guest access Guests have full access to the house, backyard and shed. Other things to note This is our own holiday house, and we hope that you have great time and make some wonderful memories while treating the house with respect and leaving it how you find it.
