This location is around a very calm neighborhood with extremely friendly people and is centrally located between exit 12A and 13 on GA 400. The neighborhood has a tennis court as well. We live in this house and are exploring ways to get to meet more people and expand our network. We love to socialize with our guests. The backyard is quite flat and could give opportunity for some outdoor sport as well if there are children. For recreation and sports loving people, we can offer Table tennis, Carrom, Chess and host of other indoor games as well The ping pong table is stored and can be provided upon request. This is to ensure we provide maximum space for guests who would need to have more living room space instead of a sports + living room. Nevertheless, we can provide guidance on assembling and disassembling the ping pong table which is extremely easy and can meet both the needs Guest access Guests will have access to basement and would have the space all for themselves. The backyard would be a common space Other things to note You will park on the road adjacent to our front yard, walk along the driveway to the gates towards the right when you are facing the property. You would come across the concrete pathway upon entering the fence which would guide you through to the private entrance. You will be provided with personalized lock code and instructions to open before your arrival. You would also be provided with personalized wi-fi access.
