There is an inside gallery with lots of windows in front of the apartment. The property has almost 2 acres so it is peaceful and quiet here. The space Our apartment can have up to 4 guests. Both adults and children count as guests. The beds are super comfortable with new mattresses and 1,800 count sheets. Soap, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper, & paper towels are all provided. We have added a Fire TV and Echo Dot to each of the bedrooms. The kitchen has a full sized fridge, convection oven, microwave, toaster, etc. The dining room table doubles as a games table. Chess, checkers, and backgammon pieces are in the table drawers. There is a full-sized washer and dryer downstairs for your free use. Laundry detergent is provided. Guests can use the pool and pool area and can also use the back patio that has a 4 person umbrella table and a gas BBQ grill. There is a firepit in back as well (bring firewood to use it). Uber or Lyft is usually available from my house within 5 minutes. If you are coming for the International Furniture Market, you can have the Go Anywhere Shuttle pick you up from our place (and bring you back home). Guest access This apartment has its own private entrance that has a smart lock. There is tons of parking available. The pond in front of the apartment is small, but has frogs, turtles, small fish, and ducks. It is peaceful to sit out there and watch the Great Blue Heron come in for a landing. There is also a Golden Hawk that lives in our property. The pool is over-sized and has lots of seating areas and umbrellas along with a 6 person dining table. The pool house has its own bathroom and a changing room. There are pool towels and plenty of pool floats for your use. The property consists of almost 2 acres. The oak tree in the front is about 200 years old. The house is on a quiet street. Walking out of the driveway and around the block is a nice 1 mile walk. When possible, we do offer early check-in or late check-out. Ask us. Other things to note Our WiFi is super fast and covers the entire property. Verizon phones do not work well as there is no tower close enough (and yes, we are still in the city limits so I do not know why Verizon does not support our area). AT&T, T-Mobile, Cricket Wireless, Sprint, & Straight Talk all do work well here. We have had guests who have Verizon and they have gone outside to make phone calls. If you would like to have an additional cleaning service done during your stay, I can set that up for you for a cost of $75. You may feel free to smoke in the closed-in gallery that is in front of the apartment and any where outside on the property.
