Guests have entire first floor which offers spacious rooms with high ceilings and original Bullseye wood trim throughout. (Upper floor is used for owner storage only, no access for guests.) Original floors, wood trim, and windows with modern amenities including 1.5 tile bathrooms, gas stove, washer and dryer, 2 cable TVs, CD player, and WiFi . Rooms are large and furnished with all you will need for your private stay! Short walking distance to Starbucks, grocery, restaurants, bars, dry cleaner, wine shops, and large park with tennis courts and pool. The University of Kentucky is only a few blocks west on Euclid and the Kroger Field is close by; approximately a 10-15 block walk. Rupp arena is further and would require transportation. Downtown night life is a short Uber ride away or longer walk. Saturday Local Farmers Market is downtown (seasonal). The Kentucky Bourbon Trail starts here at McConnell Springs. Keeneland Racetrack is a Central Kentucky treasure and runs only twice yearly: April and October is very popular so book your dates early!! We are also home to the Kentucky Horse Park which hosts a variety of equine related events throughout the year 3-Day Event, Rodeos, Breyerfest, Hunter/jumper; etc.) Location, location, location!!
