Cozy cottage on the coast of Maine!

Private summer cottage in Ocean Point. One bd w/2 twin beds, sleeping porch w/1 twin bed, full bath, fully equipped kitchen, fplce in LR w/gas insert, color TV w/DirectTV, WiFi, enclosed front porch, lg deck w/water view, linens provided, pets welcome! Driveway and parking are shared with the cottage in front -Beausejour. The space The cottage is called "La Maisonette" and it was built in 1950, by my grandfather. It's SO cozy and comfortabIe, and faces west so you see the beautiful sunsets every night. Private - set back off the road, lots of trees and greenery. The scents of sea and pine can't be beat! Guest access Everything! And the cottage is just seconds from Shore Road which goes along the shore for at least a mile. You can walk morning, noon and night. Climb on the rocks, look for shells and beach glass, take a dip. The 100+ year old Ocean Point Inn is close by and is a great place for a nice dinner. And the boat dock, plus a dinghy dock, is just down the road. Other things to note La Maisonette is one of two cottages. "Beausejour" is in front of La Maisonette... close, but not too close! Parking is between the cottages. (Beausejour is also available for rent, at the same price. Sleeps 5, has 3/4 bath.)
