The studio apartment is in city limits and is all yours. There is a full size bed, wifi, fridge, 2 burner stove top, toaster oven, Keurig, smart TV, and essentials; plates, bowls, glasses, pots/pans, utensils, towels, washcloth, ect. Conveniently located across the street from a gas station, and down the street from several fast food restaurants, grocery stores, and 2 public parks. Just a short trip to Bowling Green, KY ,approx 30 miles. And 50 miles from Nashville, TN NO smoking inside. The space Absolutely no-smoking in the studio, you are free to smoke outside. If you are found to have smoked inside you will automatically be charged $250 fee. There are railroad tracks behind the house, they pass about 4+ times a day. Guest access You will have the whole studio to yourself. The studio is situated behind my house and is entirely separate from the house with an attached carport, where stuff is stored. Other things to note For long term guest, I provide a start for toliet paper, garbage bags, paper towels, shampoo, conditioner and soap. The guest is responsible after that. Pets are allowed, upon request. Must be house broken and dogs should always be leased when outside. thank you
