This house boasts knotty pine cathedral ceilings, 2 gathering/ living areas, a gas grill, and a large deck. There's a back door that opens to a fenced in yard for you four legged family members. The beach, fishing pier, playground, and boat access are steps away across the street at the end of the driveway. This house is not on the water side of street. It is on hilltop with views. There are NO DOGS ALLOWED in the lake. PET FEES ADDED AT TIME OF RESERVATION - pls ask. The space Fully equipped with linens, towels, kitchen essentials, spices, oils, sugar, condiments, foil, plastic wrap, garbage bags, etc. There is also a full sized washer/dryer, hammock, 3 man canoe, yard games, games, puzzles, books, Smart TV (with Netflix access, YouTube, Amazon access) , internet, fire pit, and more! Just bring your swimsuits!!! During your stay, walk into town for an ice-cream cone, home made pizza, groceries, or a drink and a meal at the local restaurant after a day on all sports Shingle Lake. For an adventurous day, explore the local skiing, golfing, zip lining, state hiking trails, canoeing, tubing, go carts, batting cages, put put golf, hunting and the area's ATV and ORV trails. For a more leisurely day try Clare County's antiquing, farmers' markets, multiple seasonal festivals, and the shops, bakeries, and driving tour of the area's Amish community. Guest access The home is set up very nicely with 3 doors. One to enter the house near the bedrooms, one that opens to the deck and large front yard, and one that accesses the fenced in backyard and fire pit area. A lockbox code will be given upon booking. Other things to note The driveway is up an incline directly across from Shingle Lake's playground. There is a house marker at the base of the hill. The picture section has a picture of the driveway access.
