Guest access Guests have full access to: • The entire apartment and its private balcony with ocean, golf and pool views. • Our two resort-style pools and jacuzzi • Access to Palmas del Mar Beach. • Off-street outdoor parking with security. • Our building has an elevator. • Flexible check-in any time after 3PM, and check-out by 10AM. • Keys will be provided on-site. We will supply the lock box code before guest arrival, on day of checkin. • A house book with local recommendations for dining, sightseeing, and grocery shopping is provided in the property. Other things to note • Minimum age for the primary renter is 25 years. Are you under 25? Ask, you may qualify for a waiver. • We need to know our guests.
