Our cozy, vibrant, large beautiful home is a perfect getaway for families, friends, girls' weekends, small groups, team events, and more. Super close to downtown Granbury, extremely quiet...just perfect for a long getaway from the big city with friends or family. The space 2600 Sq ft Lake House. 4 bedrooms (plus a bonus room off master bath), 3 full baths. 7 total beds. Large living room with TV, 2 sofas, love seat, and recliner. Dining table with 6 chairs. Full kitchen with common utensils. Outside patio with glass table and 5 chairs, 2 seat lounger, and 2 outside chairs. Propane gas grill also provided for guest use. ***Swimming pool w/ spa however it is not heated at any point during the year (4-5 feet in depth all away across, no diving). ***40ft dock to fish off or tie boat to. ***2 kayaks with paddles on property Guest access Wifi Smart Lock Entry, Large driveway with parking inside gate for 4 vehicles. Additional parking outside gate. Other things to note ***Pool and hot tub does not have a heater. There is no natural gas service in the area to heat the pool ***Family lake house. Please no loud parties or loud music after 10pm. ***Max 12 guests on property. This house is not intended for extremely large gatherings. Any more than 12 guests will result in automatic forfeit of your deposit.
