The garage/studio apartment will generally be vacant, but locked. The garage and shed area is off limits to guests. We currently live out of state but have a team on standby to help with anything local you may need. Juneau residents are subject to a security deposit. No removal of furniture from the property under any circumstances. Removal of furniture will result in cancellation of your stay without a refund.
