Guest access Guests have access to whole house and garage, with exception of locked closet inside kitchen and lockers inside the garage. The pool does not include a four-sided isolation fence, so added supervision is required. For guests considering a late check-out, kindly note that a fee is applicable after 10 am, and host approval is required for extended stays/late check-out. We strive to accommodate your needs whenever possible. To maintain a fresh and clean environment for all guests, smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited on the premises, with a $500 fee imposed for violations. Additionally, we regret to inform you that pets, including service or emotional support animals, are not allowed due to host allergies. For your convenience, we provide essential supplies such as trash bags, dishwasher, and washer detergents for the initial days of your stay. However, please note that propane for grilling is not provided. You can easily refill out tank at nearby stores like Walmart or Home Depot if needed. We understand the importance of cleanliness, and while basic cleaning of the grill is performed, we kindly ask each guest to assist in maintaining its cleanliness before and after use.
