The space Located on the first floor of a villa, the accommodation is composed as follows: Day area: - A beautiful and bright living room with a sitting area equipped with a sofa, armchairs, a coffee table, a TV and a Hi-Fi system as well as a dining area with a convivial dining table for up to 6 people. - A functional and fully equipped kitchen: fridge, dishwasher, oven, gas and electric hob, microwave, toaster, filter coffee maker and a second dining area for 4 people. - A laundry room with a tumble dryer, an ironing board and iron, brooms, hoover, etc. Night space: - Bedroom 1: a double bed (140x190) and large wardrobes. - Bedroom 2: Queen size bed (160x200), large wardrobes and a desk. - Bedroom 3: two single beds and large cupboards. - A bathroom with a bath/shower, a washbasin and a bidet. - Separate WC. Outside : - A private garden with a terrace equipped with a table, chairs and a barbecue to enjoy a good meal outside! - Three balconies of 3 m² each, two accessible from the living room. One with a view of the garden, the other with a view of a green wooded area and the mountains. The third is accessible from one of the bedrooms. Neighbourhood: The accommodation is ideally located in a pleasant area, within walking distance (400 metres) of all the shops in the town centre: bakery, butcher's shop, mini-market, supermarkets, boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets... Other things to note - The ground floor is occupied by a liberal profession, from Monday to Friday from 9am to 7pm. - A garage is available to park a vehicle. A second car can be parked in front of the garage. - Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request, at an additional cost (hire and payment to be made with our partner on site).
