The Ocean is your front yard and beach sand as your back yard! We are the 3rd house back from the beach. Our home is on the border of two lovely seaside villages, Camp Ellis and Ferry Beach, in Southern Maine. Our family has been spending summers here for over 70 years! Sleeps total of 4. There are 2 bedrooms (each with 2 twin beds). Open plan kitchen and living area. Outside living space includes a picnic table with umbrella and chairs, gas grill and fire pit. Private off street parking for 2. The space Garden style apartment with private, step-free entrance. Each bedroom has 2 twin beds and there is a sleeper sofa in the living room. Sleeps 4 total: 4 adults & 2 young children (on sleeper sofa). There is a back & side yard, BBQ, patio table, and fire pit. Fully equipped kitchen (microwave, toaster, coffee maker, pots and pans, dishes, cutlery and glasses). Streaming TV and WI-FI included. Private off street parking for 2 cars included. Guest access Garden style apartment with private, step-free entrance. Front yard with picnic table and chairs. Back yard with chairs and fire pit are shared space. Other things to note No pets allowed. No smoking.
