There's always something fun to do! Located 22 min. from the airport, 8 min. to the Badger gate of Fort Wainwright & 19 miles to Eielson AFB. The space The nightly rate includes the AirBnb service fee. This well-appointed studio has a private entrance, a full kitchen with breakfast and cooking essentials, a washer and dryer, and an electric fireplace. The studio's couch is a futon that makes a bed for the third adult or two smaller children. NOTE: If booking for a total of 4 w/ 2 small kids, please send us a note since on AirBnB, it's 3 ppl max (the futon is too small for 2 adults). We also have a porta-crib if 3 adults + infant or toddler in the porta-crib) Guest access Parking is to the far left of the garage. There is plenty of space to park larger vehicles or Alaska toys and trailers! The studio's entrance is to the left of the primary residence, around the back of the garage, and marked "Studio." It has a rock pathway. We use contactless check-in and check-out, and you will receive a message before arrival for the door code. Other things to note You will find coffee and breakfast items to start your day in the studio, especially as many flights arrive late or early to Fairbanks. The kitchen is well stocked with spices, dishware, utensils, cookware, and appliances to rival most homes. The bathroom has large-sized shampoo, conditioner, and soap for your convenience. Kitchen detergent and a starter supply of laundry detergent are provided. If you have any special requests, celebrations, pre-arrival shopping, or other requests, do not hesitate to ask. We can not guarantee availability, but we most certainly try to make your stay memorable. Unfortunately, we do not control the Northern Light activity, the weather, or the wildlife!
