The space The English Garden was built in 2021 as a purpose-designed group house — three dedicated entertainment spaces, 12 real beds, four bathrooms, and an East Nashville address that puts Broadway 10 minutes away. Rooftop The reason most groups book twice. Over 800 square feet of rooftop terrace overlooking the Nashville skyline. There's a gas firepit with a large sectional couch, a gas grill, a mounted flat screen TV, and an outdoor dining table with extra chairs. The artificial grass area has a croquet course, giant checkers, and space to lay out in the sun. Strung with hanging lights and illuminated signage, it's one of the best rooftop spaces in the city after dark. The sunsets up here are genuinely something. Games Room (Ground Floor — Converted Garage) The garage has been fully converted into a dedicated entertainment space: a full-size pool table, karaoke machine, flat screen TV, bar stools, and a couple of couches. When the rooftop winds down, the gathering moves here. Main Living + Kitchen (Second Floor) A kitchen built for a group — island seating for four, gas cooktop and griddle, stainless steel appliances, tiled backsplash, and a well-stocked pantry.
