The space This upper unit oceanfront two-bedroom one bathroom property comes complete with a full kitchen and ocean view living room. There is shared parking for one vehicle and street parking as well. You will enjoy a King-sized bed in bedroom one, a Queen size bed in bedroom two, and a couch in the living room which has a full ocean view complete with dolphins playing in the ocean and beautiful sunsets. Fresh towels and linens will be provided. The beautiful living room opens up to a deck patio that looks out to the ocean. The downstairs outdoor seating area is shared with the lower unit. A newly constructed bonfire area sits right on the Strand. A shared BBQ also comes with the property. This home is steps away from the ocean on the Strand in Oceanside. The Strand is the boardwalk of Oceanside Beach and is the most popular location in coastal San Diego. Guest access Guests have full access to the upper unit and shared access to the downstairs outdoor area. Guests for this unit are allowed one vehicle for the shared driveway onsite parking. Other things to note We accept Pets upon payment of a non-refundable pet fee (cleaning) of $100. The dog cannot be over 40 lbs or the guest will be asked to leave. There are breed restrictions, check with owner before booking.
