You’ll also have access to the Parrot Tree Plantation community beach—ideal for sunbathing, strolling, or simply basking in the tropical beauty. While the beach is not ideal for swimming, it remains a lovely spot to unwind and relax. Important Note: The community pool is temporarily out of service. Electricity Charge: Electricity is not included in your stay. Meter readings are taken at check-in and check-out, and usage is billed at $0.40 USD per kWh. Charges will be calculated and billed at the end of the stay based on actual consumption. Electricity is privately generated on the island, making it more expensive, and water is also a valuable resource. To save energy, we recommend turning off the AC when leaving the property or when doors are open. Guest access The entire property will be yours to enjoy, including your own private pool. Other things to note *BOOKING WINDOW: You can book up to a year in advance. *Keep in mind that since we are on an island, power outages happens unexpectedly and there is no generator in the villa. *Additional charge of $100+ for check-in or check-out before or after the established time (3:00 PM and 11:00 AM respectively). Confirm your check-in or check-out time one day before your arrival or departure. *In case you need additional cleaning during your stay, ask your reservation assistant regarding the price for this service. *Keep in mind that this property is NOT pet friendly, no pets or service animals will be permitted even if the regulations in your home country state differently. Failure to comply with the policies will result in an additional charge.
