This home away from home is located in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood, nestled in nature with a stream on your left and green, open space on your right. The space is designed with a private master suite including a private office. You have all your modern amenities to relax or entertain. You are a minute from I-85 which gets you to almost any attraction in ATL quickly, as well as minutes from CHOA and Emory. This is a single family home in a quiet but localized neighborhood that makes it easy to get to where you want to go! There is privacy and plenty of nature to enjoy. I designed the space to help you relax and feel like you are away while having all the necessities you may need. This is a great space to entertain with an open floor plan and easy access to the back patio through the double doors. The master suite (includes bedroom, bathroom and office/living room) can be closed off from the rest of the house by closing the pocket doors. The office area couch pulls out into a bed as well. There are 3 smart TVs in the home, spare blankets in the closets and plenty of pillows with hypoallergenic bedding. The space has shown to be comfortable for multi generational family gatherings, bridal parties, families coming in for reunions, co-workers to share while in town for training, etc. We also welcome Long term stays for surgery recovery from the close by hospitals like CHOA and Emory. There is plenty of parking in the driveway . This is a very walkable neighborhood. My husband and I live locally and are readily available to assist in anything that may make your stay more comfortable. Very beautifully landscaped and walkable, family friendly neighborhood This is a very nature filled area and lovely to go for walks in. You can also walk about a half a mile and reach some great restaurants. The neighborhood is usually busy with families walking their children and dogs. There is plenty of street parking!
