Beautiful porch to enjoy morning coffee and light filled rooms. Four bedrooms, two living rooms, back deck with grill and large lawn. We are in a residential neighborhood and for this reason the quiet hours are mandatory from 10PM-7AM. The space Heron's Perch is up the hill from Island Ave and walking distance to down front. It is in a neighborhood and has privacy and a yard. There are four bedrooms and a full bath upstairs with a total of 3 queen beds, 2 double beds and a twin bed. One bedroom has a desk. Heron's Perch was built in 1867 and the stairs to the second floor are steeper than modern stairs. There is a sleeping area with a comfortable foldout futon and desk on the first floor off the sitting room and a 3/4 bath downstairs. The kitchen is large and open to the dining area. Lots of light. Guest access Please park off the street on the edge of our property. You can back up to the back porch to unload, but otherwise we ask that you park on the grass along the street.
