The space This exclusive homelike villa of 350 sq.m. includes beautiful gardens, a large outdoor area, a generous pool, a safely guarded playground and a spacious terrace to enjoy your breakfast, lunch or dinner. With five bedrooms, four bathrooms and lots of space to enjoy privacy, it may comfortably host up to ten (10) people. The interior includes a fully-equipped kitchen, an elegant dining area, a laid-back living room with a fireplace and a cozy workspace. High end furniture and precious materials throughout, bring out a certain sophistication and an exclusive feel. Contemporary design and useful amenities blend in to create a haven of relaxation and comfort. Syndriani Villa is mostly situated on the ground floor, so it is partially accessible to people challenged with mobility issues. During quiet hours, from 14:00 till 17:00 and from 23:30 till 08:00 every guest is obliged not to disturb and respect the serene neighbourhood. Guest access Guests have access to the entire villa, private pool, garage, serene gardens and private playground.
