Our properties must strictly be used for holiday purposes only and not for working in and or using to commute to and from a place of work. Stag and Hen parties are strictly not allowed at any of our properties, and we reserve the right to cancel your booking if you break the estate rules. Skyfall is a beautiful holiday home that not only offers a lovely interior living space with stylish and comfortable contemporary furniture; it also has a large garden with a hot tub! An ideal vacation home for those looking to celebrate a special occasion with friends and family, Skyfall sleeps up to 7 (max 6 adults) and benefits from south-facing views and a private jetty to access the lake. As we take pride in prepping the hot tub for each guest stay the water may not be up to temperature by the time you arrive on site, but rest assured, that the water will be blissfully warm and enjoyable for your second night with us. Access to the activity equipment is included with this property, offering plenty to do while staying at Silverlake. Inclusive equipment hire includes bikes and water equipment such as paddleboards, kayaks and canoes, subject to availability. Also on site is a luxury spa offering a variety of holistic and beauty treatments and a takeaway pizza shack offering pizza and tapas. Opening hours can vary for both depending on the season. Whilst this property is fully completed, there are some properties nearby and on the wider estate that are undergoing construction in various phases. Bookings for this property are made on the understanding that you will be able to see and hear construction, machinery and workers from 0730 and 1800, Monday to Friday and 0800 to 1300, Saturday. The ground floor accommodation includes an open plan living, dining room and kitchen providing two single ovens, induction hob, dishwasher & tall fridge/freezer. The property has a downstairs toilet. The main living and dining area can comfortably seat six with a lovely wood burning stove for those winter evenings whilst you can enjoy fantastic views across the lake. To the first floor, there is a king ensuite bedroom offering lakeside views, a twin bedroom and bunk bedroom with a double bottom bunk (top bunk suitable for a child only) and a family bathroom. The family bathroom has a bathtub and the ensuite has a walk-in shower. There is a balcony that runs the length of the property with seating for two.
