Beautiful Lake Front House

A lake front house in forest on mountain top. It is the only house on a 7-acre lake. It has 5 bdrm/7 beds & 3 full bath. Sleep for 10. Renovated & clean. Extremely beautiful, very private & quiet! Hiking, fishing, hunting, BBQ, table tennis ... 90 miles from NYC. 40 miles from Woodbury outlet. 30 miles from the Legoland. Most are highways. Just relax & enjoy the nature. Very nice weather in summer! The space A two-story house just renovated with 10 acres of forest. It is the only house on a 7-acre lake on the top of a Catskill Mountain. It is in the woods and almost invisible from the road. Extremely private and quiet. Gorgeous beauty! Everyone visiting the house loves it! The first floor (1300 ft2) has 3 bedrooms with night stand and desk in each room (the master bedroom has a king-size bed, the second room has a king-sized bed and the third has a queen-sized bed), 2 full bathrooms (one is in the master bedroom), an open space of kitchen, dining area and living room with two sides of wide glass doors. The basement has two bedrooms (two single beds in each room) and a full bathroom with a large activity area equipped with a table tennis table and a 6-foot pool table. There are total seven beds for 10 people, several tables and many chairs. The deck is 500-ft2. A propane BBQ grill is on the deck. Two rowing boats (sitting 3-4 persons each) are provided for fun on the lake! Cable wifi of 200 Mbps and unlimited data. Minimum two-night booking is required and minimum three-night booking for major holiday or holiday weekends. The owner has a special rental agreement. The agreement basically says the guests should take responsibility if causing any damage to the place, and the guests should not hold the owner liable/accountable for anything happened to the guests. The details are in "Other Things to Note". Booking means the guests completely agree with the rental agreement. Please no smoking inside the house. The guests will be charged $1000 if smoking inside the house. Please help to keep a non-smoking environment in the house. Thanks! Guest access Guests can access to the whole house, the lake, and the forest. Guests can do boating with the two boats provided. Fishing, hiking and hunting are fun also. The owner is not responsible for any anything happened to the guests. Please be fully informed that this is in a wild forest. In addition to a lot of deers and turkeys and other wild animals, black bears have been spotted several times, and snakes have also been spotted 2-3 times in the past 5+ years. There are still some mice on the basement ceiling - very sorry. Do not be alarmed when you hear them running on the ceiling. Just very hard to completely eliminate them. The owner does not provide any food. The running water is from a well and it is clear. It is the guests' choice whether to drink from the well or not although the house owner does drink from the well. The Spectrum cable wifi with 200 mbps and unlimited data. The owner has the following rental agreement. Guest's booking means he/she completely agrees with the rental agreement as the following: The guest has agreed to take full responsibility for the damage(s) to the house including, but not limited to, the house, furniture, kitchen/dining utensils, TV, appliances, boats, table tennis equipment, pool table etc., which is(are) caused by the guest and/or his/her companies. The guest and his/her companions have agreed not to perform any illegal activities which are prohibited by federal, state, or local government laws or regulations. The guest will take full responsibilities for any illegal activities conducted by the guest and/or his/her companions. The guest and his/her companions have agreed not to hold, under any circumstances, the vacation house owner for any responsibilities/liabilities for any thing happened to the guest and his/her companions, and/or their belongings, including any body injuries and even loss of life. The guest has agreed to checkout at the above mentioned “CHECK OUT TIME”. If the guest and/or his/her companions cannot move out by the above mentioned “CHECK OUT TIME”, upon the written agreement including text message from the house owner, the guest and his/her companions can stay for additional days, and the guest has agreed to pay $285 per week day and $385 per weekend day for the additional days.
